Note: If paying by credit card; PDOT Holdings, LLC may appear as payee on transaction list. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by East Texas Print Shop, payment for services are due upon receipt. Please note any account(s) not paid in full within 30 days of completed services may be assessed a late fee at the sole discretion of East Texas Print Shop Management. CUSTOMER PROVIDED ITEMS: If providing your own items to be decorated instead of purchasing through ETPS, we are not responsible for any decoration errors caused by the material/coloring of your items. Misprint/replacements are case-by-case scenarios. TERMS + CONDITIONS: By approving your quote, you are agreeing to the following conditions: In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order. 5% of any deposit is non-refundable. ALL checks or ACH payments returned for insufficient funds will have a $50 return fee applied. East Texas Print Shop is not responsible for any errors within the guidelines of the make, details and/or features of the apparel. ETPS is responsible for the graphics, placement, and colors from the approved mock by the customer. Please be aware this process is subject to human and/or automatic machine errors. Refunds/credits are case-by-case scenario and my not always be refunded depending on the status of the order. If your order is NOT picked up within 3 months of the pick up notification, your whole order will be donated. ETPS cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 10 business days of your order being completed.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website. SHIPPING Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
